# Supported devices

Supported devices and operating systems for Smart Access mobile applications

While it is possible for Smart Access applications to work with some unsupported devices, we recommend using the supported devices below and ensuring they are kept up to date.

We routinely test browsers for the product to work optimally. If we are unable to support functionality due to your browser, you receive an error message that the browser isn't supported.

Conditionally supported devices may require additional support to accommodate for older software and create the best possible experience on these devices. It is also possible that some features will not comply with older operating systems and will not be available on all conditionally supported devices.

All supported or conditionally supported devices will be governed through a contracted MSA along with respective SLAs. Please contact your Smart Access CSM for further information.
