| Compliance ### Subprocessor Update: Vitally – Customer Success Platform Published January 29, 2026 As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen customer support and improve lifecycle management, Smart Access is updating its list of authorized subprocessors to include Vitally. Subprocessor Name: Vitally – Customer Success Platform Purpose: Vitally supports Smart Access’s Customer Success operations by enabling account health monitoring, customer engagement tracking, playbooks/workflows, task management, and customer success reporting. This improves responsiveness, customer outcomes, and internal service delivery. Processor Role: Vitally acts as a subprocessor under our Information Security program and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Vitally is contractually obligated to adhere to applicable data protection, confidentiality, and security requirements. Data Processed: Vitally may process limited customer contact and account metadata required for Customer Success workflows, including customer names and emails, company/account identifiers, lifecycle stage, renewal-related metadata, and Customer Success activity records (e.g., notes, tasks, playbook execution). Smart Access does not store payment card data in Vitally and avoids storing sensitive information in free-text fields. Smart Access has reviewed Vitally as part of our third-party risk assessment process and confirmed that appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are in place. | Compliance ### Subprocessor Update: Adobe Inc. – Developer API Platform Published January 6, 2026 As part of our ongoing efforts to improve automation and streamline structured document processing, Smart Access is updating its list of authorized subprocessors to include the Adobe Developer Platform & APIs. Subprocessor Name: Adobe Inc. – Developer API Platform Purpose: Adobe’s Developer APIs are going to be introduced into different document pipelines including, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) imports to programmatically extract structured content from PDF documents. This functionality enhances the accuracy and speed of digitizing customer SOPs into executable workflows within the Smart Access platform. Processor Role: Adobe acts as a subprocessor under our Information Security program and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Adobe is contractually obligated to adhere to stringent data protection, confidentiality, and security standards. Data Processed: Uploaded PDF files used in the SOP import process may contain customer-authored operational content. These documents are processed temporarily and securely through the Adobe Developer API for text and structural extraction. No persistent storage of customer data is performed by Adobe, and no personal identifiable information (PII) is intentionally included in the documents submitted for parsing. Smart Access has reviewed Adobe’s Developer platform as part of our third-party risk assessment process and confirmed that appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are in place. | Compliance ### Subprocessor Update: Addition of xAI Published December 5, 2025 Subprocessor Update: Addition of xAI At Smart Access, we prioritize transparency and compliance when it comes to how data is processed. As part of this commitment, we are formally announcing the addition of xAI to our list of authorized subprocessors. Purpose: xAI will provide AI / machine‑learning infrastructure services, specifically related to advanced model hosting and processing services, which may be leveraged for code development, analytics, insight generation, or automation workflows. Processor Role: xAI functions strictly as a subprocessor under our Information Security program. They are contractually obliged to adhere to the same or stronger security, confidentiality, and data protection commitments that we hold ourselves to. Data Processed: Consistent with our data minimization and pseudonymization policies.
